These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the āhāra Dining website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website is operated for āhāra Dining, an Indian restaurant at 233 Stud Rd, Wantirna South VIC 3152. It provides information about our restaurant, menu, catering and contact options.

2. Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but menus, prices, trading hours, availability, imagery and other details may change. Information displayed on the website is general information and is not a guaranteed offer to supply a particular item or service.

3. Booking and contact enquiries

Submitting the contact form or asking for a booking does not itself create or confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the āhāra team confirms it with you. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation or if your plans change.

You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete details. We may be unable to respond or accommodate a request if the information supplied is incorrect or incomplete.

4. Catering enquiries

The catering wizard collects preliminary information so we can discuss your event. Sending it is not a confirmed catering booking, quote acceptance or contract. Catering is confirmed only after we agree the menu, price, event details and any applicable deposit, payment, cancellation or delivery terms with you. Event-specific terms provided in a written quote or confirmation will apply to that booking and will take priority if they conflict with these general website terms.

5. Online orders and other platforms

Online ordering, maps, directions and social media may be provided by third-party platforms. Orders placed through an ordering platform are also subject to that platform’s terms, fees, availability, delivery area and privacy practices. Questions about food preparation or the order itself can be raised with us; platform, payment or delivery issues may also need to be raised with the relevant provider.

6. Menus, prices and availability

• Prices and menu items may change without advance website notice.
• Restaurant and delivery-platform prices may differ.
• Items can sell out, be substituted or become temporarily unavailable.
• Photographs and illustrations are representative; presentation, portion appearance and ingredients can vary.

If a displayed price or description is clearly incorrect, contact us so we can correct it and confirm the current information before you order.

7. Dietary requirements and allergens

A “V” marker identifies a dish that is vegetarian by recipe; it is not a guarantee that a dish is vegan, suitable for a particular faith-based diet or free from allergens. Our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contact may occur. Recipes and suppliers can also change.

Tell the āhāra team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering or confirming catering. If you have a severe allergy, speak directly with our team so we can discuss the current ingredients and preparation environment. Do not rely only on website markers or general menu descriptions.
